Traffic Manager
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Traffic Manager or Target Manager
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and others
- Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV)
- Experience testing and scaling advertising campaigns
- English language proficiency – from A2 level
Responsibilities
- Launching, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and other platforms)
- Driving traffic to landing pages/products with a focus on CPA/ROI
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)
- Testing creatives, audiences, and offers (A/B testing)
- Working with the funnel (click → registration → conversion)
- Collaborating with designers and the SMM department to create effective advertising materials
- Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends
- Using AI tools to optimize processes
