Requirements

  • Experience in customer care function – minimum 2 years
  • Experience in iGaming sphere – minimum 1 year
  • Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in English and Turkis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision
  • Ability to analyze information and use it effectively

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new affiliates using diverse methods like research, networking, and direct outreach
  • Establish and nurture a growth-oriented professional relationship
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current affiliates
  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance; address issues swiftly
  • Provide regular performance reports (weekly and monthly)
