Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in LatAm market
  • Experience working with BetB2B platform
  • Working with RS, hybrid, CPA models
  • A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners
  • Proficiency in traffic analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Actively search and negotiate with potential partners in the LatAm market
  • Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs
  • Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships
  • Analyze partner-generated traffic for quality
  • Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis
  • Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments that partners may require
  • Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships through regular contact, including meetings, phone calls, and emails, as well as representing our company effectively in professional conferences
