Traffic Manager

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Traffic Manager or Target Manager
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and others
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV)
  • Experience testing and scaling advertising campaigns
  • English language proficiency – from A2 level

Responsibilities

  • Launching, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and other platforms)
  • Driving traffic to landing pages/products with a focus on CPA/ROI
  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)
  • Testing creatives, audiences, and offers (A/B testing)
  • Working with the funnel (click → registration → conversion)
  • Collaborating with designers and the SMM department to create effective advertising materials
  • Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends
  • Using AI tools to optimize processes
