Affiliate Manager Latam
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in LatAm market
- Experience working with BetB2B platform
- Working with RS, hybrid, CPA models
- A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners
- Proficiency in traffic analysis
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Actively search and negotiate with potential partners in the LatAm market
- Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs
- Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships
- Analyze partner-generated traffic for quality
- Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis
- Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments that partners may require
- Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships through regular contact, including meetings, phone calls, and emails, as well as representing our company effectively in professional conferences
