Head of Affiliates

Requirements

  • Experience in Affiliate marketing (betting-gambling) from 3 years with Tier-1 geo
  • Experience in the position Affiliate Team Lead/Head from 2 years
  • Successful experience of finding and scaling external webmaster
  • Understanding metrics and ability to qualitatively analyze traffic
  • English – Upper-Intermediate level
  • High level of communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Preparing a strategy for the exit and growth of the Brand
  • Development of presence and growth of team in Company’s top countries
  • Formation of a promotion strategy; interaction with the creative department
  • Budget planning
  • Collecting a database of affiliates and traffic-owners
  • Selection of the characteristics of the offer for launching on certain geo
  • Building an offer promotion strategy
  • Identification of potential new affiliates and effective management of current relationships with existing partners
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships
  • Analysis of campaigns and development of strategies for promoting offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular contact, which will include meetings, phone and email messages
  • Be the main contact point of the company in relations with partners.
  • Management and onboarding new team members
  • Updated information in checklists, roadmaps
